1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to the following areas only:

  • Kuala Lumpur

  • Selangor

  • Seremban (Negeri Sembilan)

👉 Delivery to other Malaysian states is not available at the moment.
We are working to expand our delivery network soon — stay tuned for updates!

2. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your location and product availability.

  • Same-day delivery may be available for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (orders placed before 12 PM).

  • Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

3. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted local couriers such as:

  • GrabExpress

  • Lalamove

  • Our in-house Jesal Delivery Team (for nearby zones)

All deliveries are handled carefully to maintain freshness and product quality.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and distance from our kitchen.
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions for specific areas or order values.

5. Delivery Instructions

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

  • The delivery address and contact number are accurate and reachable.

Jesal Sweets will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.

6. Handling and Freshness

All mithai orders are prepared fresh daily and packed with care to maintain hygiene and taste.
Please refrigerate or consume within 24–48 hours depending on the type of sweets.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a WhatsApp or email notification with delivery details or live tracking (where applicable).
